Returns policy

Every mural is made to order, at the wall measurements you give us. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, goods made to the customer's specification are exempt from the standard 14-day right to cancel.

If you are unsure about a design or a colour, order a sample first. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by this policy.
